Tell Skechers Not to Promote Greyhound Racing in Ad

Skechers recently filmed an advertisement at a greyhound racetrack. The ad, which aired during the Super Bowl, features greyhound dogs in racing jackets and Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks.

When PETA learned that Skechers was going to glorify dog racing in its Super Bowl ad, we immediately contacted the company to offer information on how greyhounds suffer when used in the racing industry and asked Skechers not to air the ad. Despite the efforts of PETA and other concerned groups, the company went ahead and broadcast the commercial. We need to continue to pressure Skechers so that the company stops using this ad right away.

Using the form below, please contact both the president and the vice president of media at Skechers and politely ask them to stop running this ad and urge them to pledge never to glorify cruelty to animals again.
