HBD, Canada--Now Stop Slaughtering Seals!

Canada is turning 150 years old, but it continues to allow the killing of tens of thousands of baby seals every single year in the commercial seal slaughter.

At 150, you'd think that Canada would be wise enough to know that the seal-fur trade is extremely cruel and unwanted by most citizens. Yet the Canadian government still gives tax dollars to an industry that shoots and clubs young seals to death for their fur.

Tradition is NOT an excuse for murder, and that's why Switzerland—which is hundreds of years old—just became the 35th country to ban imports of seal-derived products. Seriously, Canada, no one is wearing seal fur.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has addressed a lot of important social issues since he took office, and now, he has the chance to come through for those who are in desperate need of help: baby seals.

Tell Prime Minister Trudeau to stop subsidizing the violent murder of seal pups.
